You will conduct in-person and virtual viewings, manage the sales process, stay informed on pricing and incentives, and work with the sales team to drive performance on a busy New Homes development in Cambridge. Competitive salary, commission, and mileage payments on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Homes sales (2+ years).
• Must be available to work weekends on 7-day sites.

Are you an experienced Sales Advisor looking for an opportunity to join a leading house builder in Cambridgeshire? I am working on the behalf of a team seeking a dynamic individual to guide prospective buyers through the entire home-buying journey, from initial enquiry to final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential buyers, providing expert advice on a variety of new build homes across the development.


• Conduct both in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the quality and lifestyle of our new homes.


• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring excellent customer service throughout.


• Maintain a strong knowledge of properties, including pricing, incentives, and available offers, to support customers in making informed purchasing decisions.


• Collaborate with the wider sales team to drive sales performance and meet targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience working in New Homes sales over a 2+ year period


• Must be available to work weekends (7-day sites).
