£30,000-£35,000 equivalent (hourly rate + holiday pay)

Looking for a full-time, customer-facing role in property - without the pressure of direct sales?

We're looking for a New Homes Customer Experience Assistant to support a high-profile residential development in East London. This is a front-of-house role where you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, setting the tone for a premium new homes experience.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming visitors into the marketing suite and commercial area.
  • Handling enquiries in person, via email, and through internal systems.
  • Talking through key features of the development (pre qualifying before passing to sales team).
  • Booking and managing viewing appointments.
  • Passing qualified leads to the on-site sales consultants.
  • Keeping accurate visitor and enquiry records.
  • Supporting the sales team with admin — strong admin skills a must!
  • Ensuring the suite always looks immaculate.
