Responsibilities

• Coach BDMs on prospecting, outreach, and opportunity generation.
• Drive consultative selling, objections handling, and closing skills.
• Own team targets and KPIs in collaboration with Sales leadership.
• Utilize pipeline data to plan growth and conversion.
• Run training sessions on sales techniques, products and market.
