Focus Group in Exeter is seeking a Business Development Executive to join the Regional Sales - Southwest team. This permanent, full-time role offers a base of £25,000 per year plus commission, with an on-target earnings around £35,000 in the first year.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm, making high-volume outbound calls to UK businesses, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for the BDMs, while building a strong pipeline in our CRM.

Qualifications

• High-volume outbound calling to UK businesses.
• Ability to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Willingness to learn and progress in sales.

Responsabilités

• Make 80-100+ outbound calls daily to prospective businesses.
• Pitch Focus Group's technology solutions (Telecoms, IT, Cyber Security, Mobile).
• Qualify prospects and book face-to-face or virtual meetings for BDMs.
• Manage activity and pipeline in our CRM system.
• Handle rejection, stay motivated, and hit targets.
