Job summary

Focus Group is seeking a Business Development Executive in Exeter to drive outbound sales and appointments for our Regional Sales - Southwest team. This role involves high-volume calling to UK businesses, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for BDMs.

You’ll manage activity and pipeline in our CRM, staying motivated to hit daily targets. With a base of £25k plus commissions, the first-year OTE is around £35k, with top performers earning £60k+ in subsequent years.

Qualifications

• High-volume outbound calling to UK businesses.
• Ability to handle 50+ "no's" a day and stay motivated.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback to improve.

Responsibilities

• Make 80-100+ outbound calls to prospective businesses daily.
• Pitch Focus Group's technology solutions (Telecoms, IT, Cyber Security, Mobile).
• Qualify prospects and book face-to-face or virtual meetings for BDMs.
• Manage activity and pipeline in our CRM system.
