Job summary

British Red Cross is seeking a results-driven New Business Manager to drive revenue growth. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, building relationships with high-potential accounts and hitting targets.

The role is hybrid (home and Salford office) with flexible location and a salary of £29,615–£30,945 per year plus commission for on-target earnings. Driving licence and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Strong commercial awareness across sectors and markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities with long-term revenue potential.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of qualified opportunities and forecast revenue.
• Deliver customer meetings, presentations and proposals to communicate value of offerings.
• Monitor performance, analyse conversion and market opportunities to support targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and win new business.
