Job summary

Approach Personnel Ltd is partnered with a private, regional 5* developer recruiting a Sales Advisor for their Stevenage site. You will drive sales for new build housing, hit quarterly targets, and maintain high standards across the sales process.

The role requires proven sales experience in new build housing, excellent communication with clients, and a strong market awareness. A full UK driving licence is essential for site visits and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling for a new build housing developer.
• Strong communication with clients and customers.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions and finishing touches to hit targets.
• Update and maintain the CRM to log the customer journey and provide timely management information.
• Collaborate with Construction, Commercial and Legal teams to ensure completion targets and progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policies during site visits and demonstrations.
