Job summary

Approach Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor for a New Build Housing development in Fernhill. You will drive sales, manage customer journeys and coordinate with Construction, Commercial and Legal teams to meet quarterly targets.

Ideal candidates will have proven housing sales experience, excellent communication with clients, strong market awareness and a valid UK driving licence. Role offers a competitive base salary and uncapped OTE, with development opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience in sales for a new build housing developer.
Impeccable communication skills with clients and customers.
Commercially astute with market understanding.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Manage sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, appointments, reservations, sales transactions and completions.
Update and maintain the CRM system to log the customer journey and provide timely management information.
Collaborate with Construction, Commercial and Legal to achieve completion targets.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policy during site visits and demonstrations.
