Approach Personnel Ltd, a private, regional 5* developer, is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor for a Bedford site. You will drive sales targets for New Build Housing, manage appointments and bookings, and coordinate with Construction, Commercial and Legal to ensure timely completions.

Ideal candidates have proven sales experience in new build housing and excellent client communication. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

• Proven sales experience in new build housing.
• Excellent communication with clients and customers.
• Commercial awareness of market and competitors.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for allocated developments to achieve targets.
• Update CRM to log customer journey and management information.
• Work with Construction, Commercial and Legal to meet completion targets.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policy during site visits.
