Job summary

Approach Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to drive new build housing sales from a Milton Keynes site. You will manage appointments, reservations and transactions, keeping the CRM updated to reflect the customer journey and plot progress.

In this role you will work cross-functionally with Construction, Commercial and Legal teams to achieve completion targets while upholding safety standards during site visits and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Prior proven sales experience in a new build housing developer.
• Impeccable communication skills with clients and customers.
• Commercially astute with good market and competitor understanding.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for allocated developments to hit quarterly targets.
• Update and maintain the CRM with the customer journey and progress.
• Coordinate with Construction, Commercial and Legal to meet completion targets.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policies on site visits and demonstrations.
