National Highways is recruiting a Network Occupancy Co-ordinator for the South East region, with base options in Guildford, Basingstoke or Maidstone. You will steer decisions and co-ordinate regional network activities to optimise availability and minimise customer disruption.

The role involves ensuring occupancy complies with governance and handles movement files, notices, and permits, while guiding internal and third-party works and maintaining system data accuracy.

Formación

• Knowledge of the Traffic Management Act and New Road & Street Works Act (Desirable).
• Good planning and organisational ability.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, analyse and coordinate all network occupancy requests, notices and permits.
• Provide feedback and guidance on occupancy requests.
• Maintain information in the Network Occupancy Management System and related systems.
• Coordinate Abnormal Loads by routing and tracking movement files and ensuring policies are followed.
• Manage communications regarding bookings, rejections or variations.
