A leading tech solutions provider is seeking an L2 Network Engineer to manage network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN and security systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting network issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting both remote and onsite needs. Strong knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet technologies, alongside a CCNA certification, is essential. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to communicate technical concepts clearly. This role is located in Birmingham, UK, and requires the right to work in the country.

The L2 Network Engineer will cover management, maintenance and support of network infrastructure, perimeter security systems and network management platforms.
In addition to the above duties and responsibilities the post holder must be prepared to undertake such additional duties which may result from changing circumstances, but which may not of necessity change the general character or level of responsibility to the post.
