Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is helping a growing nationwide business find a hands-on NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and related business applications. You will provide 2nd/3rd line support, work with Finance, HR, Procurement and IT, and shape the tech roadmap through improvements and integrations.

You will configure workflows, forms and saved searches, troubleshoot issues, and lead upgrades and regression testing while maintaining strong data quality and governance across NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience with modules and core finance workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting NetSuite environments and integrations.
• Ability to configure workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line NetSuite and connected applications support.
• Lead upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes across NetSuite and integrations.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and external partners to roadmap improvements.
• Maintain data quality, governance and documentation; manage tickets and SLAs.
