Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of the NetSuite platform and connected business applications across a growing, nationwide business. You will work hands-on with NetSuite, collaborating with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and external partners to troubleshoot issues and drive improvements.

You will provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected applications, while leading upgrades and optimising the platform to support scalable, secure

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Good understanding of core Finance processes within NetSuite.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Work with third‑party applications and integration partners.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency.
• Maintain strong data quality and system governance.
• Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs.
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation.
• Provide user guidance and training where required.
• Contribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architecture.
