Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Admin to take ownership of the platform and linked business applications. You will work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement and IT to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements and shape the technology roadmap.

The role focuses on 2nd/3rd line support, platform optimisations, upgrades, and data governance, with a drive for automation and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on NetSuite experience.
Good understanding of core Finance processes within NetSuite.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments.
Knowledge of integrations, APIs and connected applications.
Experience with workflows, roles, permissions, forms and saved searches.

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency.
Maintain strong data quality and system governance.
Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs.
Produce and maintain technical and support documentation.
Provide user guidance and training where required.
Contribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architecture.
Work with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.
