Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a NetSuite Admin for a growing nationwide business. You will own the NetSuite platform and related business applications, working closely with stakeholders to identify improvements and deliver scalable solutions.

You’ll provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected applications while driving ongoing development, upgrades and data governance. Strong NetSuite experience and a finance-process focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite implementation and support.
• Experience with integrations and APIs.
• Knowledge of finance processes in NetSuite.
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with upgrades and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows
• Work with third‑party applications and integration partners
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency
• Maintain strong data quality and system governance
• Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation
• Provide user guidance and training where required
• Contribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architecture
• Work with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable solutions
