Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is recruiting for a NetSuite Admin role on behalf of a growing nationwide business. You will own the NetSuite platform and related business applications, providing hands-on support and driving system improvements.

You will work with Finance, HR, Procurement and IT to troubleshoot, implement integrations, upgrade NetSuite, and shape the technology roadmap. Strong stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite experience
• Strong understanding of core Finance processes within NetSuite
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency
• Maintain data quality and system governance
• Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation
• Provide user guidance and training where required
• Contribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architecture
