Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and related business applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to improve systems and processes, delivering scalable and secure solutions.

You'll provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected apps, lead upgrades, and help shape the technology roadmap while ensuring data quality and governance across finance, HR, procurement and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Strong NetSuite experience and hands-on administration.
• Experience configuring workflows, forms, fields, and saved searches.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
