Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Admin for a growing nationwide business. You will own the NetSuite platform and related business applications, collaborating with stakeholders to drive system improvements.

You’ll deliver 2nd/3rd line support, configure workflows, upgrades, and integrations, and help shape the technology roadmap while maintaining data quality and governance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, leading deployments, and producing user guidance

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience
• Understanding of Finance processes within NetSuite
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs and connected applications

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing
• Maintain data quality and system governance
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation
• Provide user guidance and training where required
• Contribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architecture
• Work with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable solutions
