Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD's client is a growing nationwide business seeking a NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and related business applications, with hands-on involvement and stakeholder collaboration.

You will deliver 2nd/3rd line NetSuite support, drive optimisation, upgrades and integrations, and partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and external providers to shape the technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
• Strong understanding of core Finance processes in NetSuite.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot NetSuite environments.
• Experience with integrations, APIs and connected apps.
• Ability to design workflows, roles, permissions and saved searches.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for NetSuite and related apps.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party integration partners.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades and regression testing.
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users in NetSuite.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automation.
• Maintain data quality and system governance.
• Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs.
• Create and maintain technical and user documentation.
• Provide user guidance and training as needed.
• Contribute to NetSuite roadmap and architecture.
