Clarion Housing Group in Coventry is seeking a confident Neighbourhood Response Officer to support safe, secure and attractive neighbourhoods across Coventry and surrounding areas. The role is resident-facing, with hybrid working, and requires travel across regions as needed.
You will collaborate with teams, residents and external agencies to inspect estates, report issues and deliver targeted neighbourhood projects that improve communities and tenancy welfare.
Salary: £35,809 to £41,593 per annum. Hours: 36 hours per week. Location: Hybrid working arrangement – covering Coventry. Contract Type: Permanent.
