Clarion Housing Group seeks a Communities & Social Impact Manager for Latimer to lead social value initiatives from pre-planning through to completion. You will design, deliver and evaluate community programs and employment projects in line with Section 106 and partners across the North region.

You will measure impact using HACT and TOMs, engage diverse stakeholders, and travel as required to sites and communities, representing Clarion with confidence.

Competenze

  • Experience within the construction or built environment sector is required.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to measure outcomes and impact using social value frameworks.

  • Salary: £46,885 to £58,607 plus £5,000 car allowance per annum

  • Hours: 36 hours per week

  • Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking a passionate and highly-driven Communities & Social Impact Manager to join Latimer (the development arm of Clarion Housing Group) to lead the design, delivery and evaluation of social value initiatives that create a positive impact in local communities. Experience within the construction or built environment sector is required.


The successful applicant will be self-motivated, resilient, and able to work autonomously while leading on all aspects of community and social impact throughout the development project lifecycle - from pre-planning through to project completion. This includes delivering community and employment projects with Latimer, partners, and supply chain contractors, as well as ensuring Section 106 requirements are met.


You will act as the social value expert for your region, measuring the impact of your programmes using HACT & TOMs, as well as supporting internal Latimer teams and advising on social value queries.


You will be friendly, approachable, and confident managing complex stakeholder relationships within communities, particularly around new build developments. As the face of Clarion, you will engage with local stakeholders, communities, authorities, schools, and partners to drive meaningful social impact.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our office in Manchester. Candidates will be expected to work from the office 2 -3 days per week.


Applicants must be able to travel across the North region as required.
