Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in Coventry is seeking a confident Neighbourhood Response Officer to support safe, secure and attractive neighbourhoods across Coventry and surrounding areas. The role is resident-facing, with hybrid working, and requires travel across regions as needed.

You will collaborate with teams, residents and external agencies to inspect estates, report issues and deliver targeted neighbourhood projects that improve communities and tenancy welfare.

• You’ll be able to develop effective working relationships across Clarion and external agencies.
• You’ll have experience with IT systems and be able to grow knowledge of new ones.
• Although the role has responsibility for Coventry area, extensive travel across local regions is required.
• The role is resident facing and onsite daily.

Responsibilities

• Working collaboratively with other teams, external agencies and residents to make Clarion Neighbourhoods clean and safe.
• You will deliver regular estate inspections, identifying and reporting issues and making improvements.
• You will design and deliver neighbourhood projects and activities with individuals, communities and stakeholders to make a real difference.
• You will also be responsible for supporting residents to manage their tenancies, including sign ups, welfare checks, investigations of ASB and breaches of tenancy.
• Importantly you will be responsible for working closely with safeguarding teams, social services, mental health teams and the police to support residents’ health and wellbeing and that of the wider neighbourhood.
