Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is hiring a Neighbourhood Response Officer for Mole Valley, with a hybrid arrangement and Leatherhead base. The role requires you to support residents, visit estates, and coordinate with agencies to deliver improvements. A vehicle is essential for this position.

You will travel across the region, address tenancy-related issues, and work to sustain successful tenancies while prioritising vulnerable customers. Basic DBS clearance is required.

• Ensure vulnerable customers are supported and anti-social behaviour is addressed and prevented.
• Be a visible presence on estates, guiding tenancy support and providing practical tenancy solutions.

Job description

Location: Leatherhead – Carlton House - Covering the Mole Valley area

Salary: £37,607 - £43,780 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week – flexible options considered

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 30th June 2027

We are looking fora customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officers to join us in the team covering Mole Valley.

• You’ll be working collaboratively with our residents and external agencies to ensure that our estates are kept clean and safe and any improvements are identified, planned and delivered.
• Ensuring vulnerable customers are supported and that any anti-social behaviour is addressed and prevented.
• Working proactively to be a visible presence on our estates ensuring residents sustain successful tenancies by providing guidance, early intervention, and practical solutions to tenancy‑related matters.

Closing Date: Wednesday 14t** h **** October 2026 at midnight.**

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Leatherhead where you will be out visiting residents and working on our estates in Mole Valley. Access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
