Lambeth Housing Services is in need of a dynamic, ambitious Neighbourhood Housing Officer to deliver high quality Housing Management Services in the North of the Borough.
You will work closely with other teams to achieve sustainable tenancies and communities as well as raising the level of customer satisfaction. You will provide a proactive and customer‑focused housing management service across a designated patch and ensure that Lambeth fulfils its legal and contractual obligations to tenants and leaseholders. You will be a regular and visible presence on estates; ensure estates are safe and well maintained and provide advice, information and reports on any housing management matter.
