Qualifications

• Ability to interpret technical data from drawings and documentation.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• IT literacy, ideally with experience using Configuration Management tools.
• Engineering experience desirable, particularly within MoD maritime environments.
• Team-oriented with the ability to present technical data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Screen and extract relevant data from technical documents and specifications.
• Ensure all tasks comply with project procedures and quality plans.
• Support other Configuration Engineers and collaborate across teams.
• Undertake ship visits to support configuration audits.
• Update SSDD considering impacts on data interfaces and schedules.
