Rexel is seeking an experienced National Business Development Manager for the Social Housing sector. Based in the UK within the National Accounts Team, you will drive profitable growth, expand market share, and build long-term customer partnerships across social housing.

You will lead strategic initiatives, manage pipelines, and craft value propositions with suppliers to enhance profitability and service delivery, while collaborating with branch teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Commercial expertise including margin, P&L, and cost-to-serve.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and close new business.
• Proven track record in business development with measurable results.
• Strong data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experienced in prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities.
