Job description

We are looking to appoint a proactive and strategic National Residential Field Manager to lead and support our Field Operations on a national scale. In this role, you will help shape our field performance, strengthen client relationships, and ensure we consistently deliver high-quality, efficient, and compliant service. This is a key leadership position where you will influence operational direction, drive residential performance, and support the development of a high-performing field team.

Responsibilities
  • Review field activities and develop strategies to maximise customer visits and deliver a cost‑effective service, with a particular focus on residential clients.
  • Analyse field performance using internal and external data, setting targets and incentives, and monitoring trends.
  • Ensure all field agents are fully trained and compliant in the use of Voice Agent Recording Software (VARS) and Body Worn Video (BWV) where required.
  • Produce weekly commercial forecasts, SLA/KPI performance reports, and wider management information to support operational decisions.
  • Provide detailed performance insights to the Director of Field Operations and participate in client meetings and conference calls.
  • Build strong, collaborative working relationships across field and office teams.
  • Support the Director of Field with a range of activities including client onboarding, MI preparation, addressing client issues, coordinating with Regional Managers, and managing agent performance.
  • Lead initiatives such as national agent incentives, newsletters, performance league tables, and training programmes.
  • Monitor compliance (including DPA and FCA), manage agent complaints, and contribute to system/app testing and development.
