Speedy Hire Plc. is seeking a Major Account Manager to own a portfolio of key customers, develop strategic relationships and identify opportunities across Speedy’s full range of products and services.

This national role offers autonomy to shape account plans, influence senior stakeholders and drive revenue and profitability. You will own your customer portfolio, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and maximise growth while maintaining client satisfaction and a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing major, national or strategic customer accounts.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Ability to analyse data, trends and market intelligence and turn insight into action.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop existing accounts in line with revenue and profitability targets.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with customers at all levels.
• Develop strategic account plans focused on growth, retention, opportunity and risk.
• Identify new business opportunities across Speedy’s full product and service offering.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new customers and opportunities.
• Manage commercial agreements to ensure they remain viable.
