Signature Career Management Ltd. is seeking an accomplished National Account Manager to lead a portfolio of major UK national retail accounts. You will drive sustainable growth, strengthen partnerships, and uncover new commercial opportunities in a non-food FMCG environment.

You will manage pricing, promotions, and joint business plans while building strong relationships with buyers and senior stakeholders across retailers like Hobbycraft, Ryman, Waterstones and Amazon.

Qualifications

• Proven national account management experience within non-food FMCG/consumer goods.
• Experience handling major retail customers and portfolios of similar complexity.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility, forecasting, and joint business planning.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of major national retail accounts (e.g., Hobbycraft, Ryman, Waterstones, Amazon).
• Manage a multi‑million turnover portfolio and drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Develop and implement joint business plans aligned with customer priorities.
• Identify opportunities for new listings, distribution, and expanded product ranges.
