Location - Home based / Role

Candidate - Director calibre candidate, experienced in managing and developing relationships with Housebuilders, Energy, and Utility providers, handling multi-million-pound contracts and framework agreements.

The Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a market-leading manufacturer of sustainable building heating and cooling technology solutions. They are looking for a unique Account Director who advocates for sustainable technology solutions that reduce carbon emissions in the built environment, whether for commercial or residential projects. As the company's representative to key accounts such as House Builders, Energy, and Utility providers, you will be central to their continued and significant sales growth.

The Package

  • £75k - £80k Basic Salary
  • Uncapped +£100k OTE
  • Company Car / Car allowance
  • Mobile, Laptop
  • Benefits including private healthcare, pension, dental

Experience Required

You should be a senior management sales professional with experience in selling nationally or managing a team, with a background in renewable and sustainable heating and cooling technologies. You must have sold solutions into the built environment or building services industry, such as HVAC, air conditioning, chillers, CHP, heat networks, heat pumps, controls, ventilation, MVHR, or related products that support decarbonisation.

A proven track record of creating impressive sales growth with housebuilders or utility/energy providers is essential. An entrepreneurial, flexible, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced corporate environment is highly desirable.
