Job summary

Morgan Ryder Associates seeks an experienced National Account Manager to drive growth for electrical & infrastructure solutions across the UK. This home-based role focuses on managing key national accounts, identifying opportunities, and building senior-level relationships with contractors, distributors, and end users.

You will develop opportunities in data centres, rail, defence and broader infrastructure, ensuring tailored product solutions and strong project execution.

Qualifications

• Experienced Account Manager/Sales Manager in electrical, technical or infrastructure sales.
• Background in developing key accounts and new business opportunities across the UK.
• Commercially driven with ability to manage multiple stakeholders across projects.
• Willingness to travel nationally and operate in a home-based national role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of national accounts.
• Identify and win new business opportunities across the UK.
• Build relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, end users and key decision makers.
• Develop opportunities across data centres, rail, defence and infrastructure.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend products and solutions.
• Manage the sales process from opportunity to completion.
• Develop long-term commercial relationships and maximise account potential.
• Work with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Travel nationally for customer meetings, site visits and project opportunities.
