Job summary

Morgan Ryder Associates is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to develop key accounts and pursue new business opportunities across the UK. The role is home-based with national coverage, focusing on electrical products and solutions for data centres, contractors, rail, defence and broader infrastructure.

The candidate should have a background in electrical, technical or infrastructure sales and be capable of selling through contractors or project-led environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, technical or infrastructure sales.
• Background could include electrical distribution, cables and cable management, lighting, electrical components or products.
• Experience selling into data centres, rail, defence or construction/infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key national accounts

National Account Manager - Electrical & Infrastructure

Location: National - Home Based
Salary: 45,000- 60,000 DOE + 6,000 Car Allowance + Bonus

An established and growing specialist business is looking for an experienced National Account Manager to join its team and take responsibility for developing key accounts and new business opportunities across the UK.

This is a home-based national role, selling electrical products and solutions into high-value markets including data centres, electrical contractors, rail, defence and wider infrastructure.

The Role

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key national accounts
• Identify and win new business opportunities across the UK
• Build relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, end users and key decision makers
• Develop opportunities across data centres, rail, defence and infrastructure
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions

About You

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Sales Manager with a background in electrical, technical or infrastructure sales.

Your background could include:

• Defence
• Construction or infrastructure
• Technical or engineered solutions

You will be commercially driven, confident building relationships at all levels and comfortable managing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

An understanding of the electrical market and experience selling through contractors or into project-led environments would be highly advantageous.
