Job description

A lovely family based in St John's Wood is seeking a Live-in Nanny to care for their baby on a permanent basis. This is a blended role that includes flexibility to do babysitting some evenings alongside all general nanny duties. The family is open to hiring candidates who speak other languages besides English. A valid first aid qualification is also essential for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 50 to 60 hours per week

Accommodation: Own Bedroom with Bathroom

Duties include:
  • Preparing milk for the child
  • Organising the child’s daily schedule
  • Changing nappies and maintaining hygiene
  • Cleaning and sterilising bottles
  • Establishing and maintaining a nap routine
  • Washing and dressing the child
  • Engaging the child in play and interactive activities
  • Monitoring the child’s development and updating the parents
  • Ensuring the child’s safety, well-being, and happiness at all times
  • Escorting the child to doctor’s appointments and supporting the bedtime routine
  • Organising and managing the child’s clothes
  • Carrying out laundry and ironing of the child’s clothes
  • Keeping the child’s room clean, tidy, and well‑organised
  • Doing occasional grocery shopping for the child’s supplies

This lovely family is looking to hire by mid-March or beginning of April 2026.
