Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust is pleased to announce two MYDOC Research Registrar posts in Burns and Plastic Surgery. These posts offers an exciting opportunity for the post holders to combine clinical and academic roles and are aimed at doctors who are passionate about plastic surgery and wish to step up to registrar level clinical duties and build their portfolios for ST3 applications. These posts are not recognised UK training posts. Nevertheless, our MYDoc doctors will have a named supervisor and be supported in undertaking scheduled educational opportunities to consolidate and develop their portfolios.
An opportunity has arisen for dynamic and motivated doctors to join our Plastic Surgery Department for an initial fixed term of 6-month. The post holder may be offered an extension provided satisfactory progress based on research output, consultant feedback and documented progress on ISCP portfolio.
