This role involves preventive and reactive maintenance, ensuring health and safety compliance, and managing documentation. Qualifications

• Certification in 18th Edition Wiring Regulations required.
• Experience with M&E systems in building maintenance essential.
• Must have a flexible and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish equipment across GBS estates.
• Monitor building conditions and undertake repairs.
• Assist in planning refurbishment projects across locations.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems

Manual skills, knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Flexible and proactive approach to work

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Interpersonal skills

Full, Clean Driving License
