Qualifications
Certification in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
Experience with M&E systems in building maintenance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Maintain, install, and refurbish equipment across GBS estates.
Monitor condition of buildings and undertake necessary repairs.
Assist in planning refurbishment projects.
Skills
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations
Previous experience in building maintenance
Manual skills, knowledge of refurbishment techniques
