Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish equipment across GBS estates.
• Monitor condition and undertake repairs of buildings.
• Plan and assist in refurbishment projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance

Manual skills

Knowledge of refurbishment techniques
