Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in building maintenance including M&E systems.
• Familiarity with COSHH requirements for the equipment.
• Full, Clean Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Conduct building and equipment maintenance tasks.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Manage documentation and inventory.
• Assist in refurbishment and fit-out projects.
