Job summary

The role involves preventative and reactive maintenance, health and safety compliance, and documentation management. Ideal candidates are certified in Wiring Regulations and have experience in building maintenance. Qualifications

• Qualified in 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
• Experience in M&E systems maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain buildings condition.
• Assist in planning refurbishment projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations

Experience in building maintenance including M&E systems

Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Flexible and proactive approach

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Interpersonal skills

Full, Clean Driving License
