Qualifications

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification is mandatory.
• City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations required.
• Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across UK estates.
• Monitor condition of buildings, undertake repairs, and assist in refurbishment planning.
• Travel to other campuses and work flexible hours as needed.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance

Manual skills, knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Familiarity with COSHH requirements
