Qualifications
- Must have 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent experience required.
- Experience in building maintenance including mechanical & electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across GBS UK estates.
- Monitor condition of buildings and undertake necessary repairs.
- Assist with planning of refurbishment projects.
Skills
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations
Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems
Manual skills
Familiarity with COSHH requirements
Interpersonal skills
Full, Clean Driving Licence
