Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across GBS UK estates.
• Monitor and undertake repairs and renovations to GBS buildings.
• Assist Estates and Facilities in planning refurbishment projects.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

Electrical Installations Level 2 or Level 3

Experience in building maintenance

Manual skills

Knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Full, Clean Driving License
