Job summary

mydentist is seeking a Designate Practice Manager to provide ad hoc support across Bedford, Tring, Berkhamsted, Ashburnham, Higham Ferris and Rushton. This full-time, permanent role offers a range of practice sizes with modern surgeries and onsite parking.

You’ll lead a team, manage budgets, ensure compliance and deliver outstanding patient care with support from a national network. The role sits within the UK's leading dental network, offering a competitive salary, annual bonus and staff

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to interpret financial data to drive commercial decisions.

As a Practice Manager, you'll be:

• Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
