Job summary

mydentist in Lancaster is looking for an experienced Assistant Practice Manager to help lead the team and drive practice performance. You will work closely with the Practice Manager to support growth, ensure patient care is outstanding, and manage budgets and compliance.

The role offers 36-40 hours per week with some weekend work, a supportive, values-driven culture, and access to benefits and discounts as part of the UK's leading dental network.

Qualifications

• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists.
• Engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship.
• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care and meeting financial targets.
• Interpreting financial data to make commercial decisions.
