Job summary

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Receptionist to support the Axess Sexual Health service in Liverpool and The Wirral. You will be the first point of contact for patients across multiple sites.

The role requires experience with Electronic Patient Record Systems, basic patient triage, and excellent customer service. You will work across Liverpool city centre and Birkenhead Medical Building, with clinics open Monday–Saturday until 7pm.

• Experience using Electronic Patient Record Systems.
• Experience with basic patient triage.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide receptionist duties for the Axess Sexual Health service across Liverpool and Wirral sites.
• Support basic patient triage when needed.
