Job summary

Minster Cleaning is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery of commercial cleaning across customer sites in Essex. The role is primarily office-based in Great Dunmow, with occasional site visits.

You will lead our Supervisors, oversee recruitment and monitor standards and contract performance. The ideal candidate will have proven multi-site management experience, a background in commercial cleaning or facilities management, and the ability to make routine

• Experience managing a field-based cleaning workforce.
• Background in commercial cleaning or facilities management desirable.
• Ability to make routine operational decisions independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the supervisory team.
• Oversee recruitment, vacancies and absence cover.
• Monitor quality standards and contracts at risk.
• Provide operational reporting to the MD.
• Coordinate resources and control overtime and costs.
