Job summary

Compass Group UK is seeking an Area Cleaning Supervisor to provide operational leadership across seven sites nationwide. You will supervise site teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction while supporting mobilisations and contract changes.

The role requires strong leadership, COSHH knowledge, and the ability to travel across sites. A full UK driving licence is essential to cover national coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multi-site cleaning or FM operations.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH requirements.
• Experience with quality auditing and KPI management.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations across seven sites within the portfolio.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and quality inspections.
• Ensure all cleaning specifications, KPIs, and SLA requirements are achieved.
• Support mobilisation, contract changes, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve service delivery and efficiency.
