Job summary

Winner Recruitment, on behalf of a leading specialist cleaning company, is seeking an experienced Operational Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams and service delivery across multiple UK sites. The role is non-operational, travel-heavy, and requires management of performance against KPIs and SLAs.

Based in Bristol with nationwide coverage, the role involves coordinating staff remotely, visiting sites, and ensuring high standards while supporting clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory/operations or multi-site roles within cleaning or facilities management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage KPI/SLA-driven service delivery.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and stay away from home.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of cleaning teams across UK sites.
• Travel nationwide for site visits, inspections and meetings.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs and service standards are met consistently.
• Monitor quality of completed work and client satisfaction.
• Manage staff across sites and provide day-to-day supervision.
• Coordinate reporting and documentation from site teams.
