Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience across phone, email, online chat and in-person interactions, meeting service standards and targets.
• Respond to customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues when required.
• Support the team in achieving performance targets and wider business objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure information is kept up to date across relevant systems.
• Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of customer service processes and initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks and coordination of customer orders and enquiries.
• Contribute to team meetings with ideas to improve the customer journey.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services and processes through ongoing training.
• Monitor performance and contribute to initiatives that improve service quality and efficiency.
